Deborah Franko, MBA is the principal of Karmic Health — a boutique healthcare marketing consultancy serving health systems, managed care organizations, health technology companies, and specialty care providers.

Her background spans the full healthcare ecosystem: hospital and service line marketing, managed care and payer strategy, pharmaceutical KOL management, diagnostic imaging, and health technology commercialization. She holds an MBA in Healthcare from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Journalism from the University of Minnesota — a combination that shapes every engagement: clinical credibility, strategic rigor, and the ability to turn complexity into a story that moves people.

She has held VP and Senior Director roles at organizations including a regional managed care dental plan, a national diagnostic imaging company, and a major health system — and brings that same level of leadership to every consulting engagement.
